Team Information Meeting: May 18th 4:00p at the pool, meet the coaches, swim rep and sign any last minute papers

Swim practice starts: 4:00pm May 19 and 20th, NO PRACTICE May 21, morning practice starts May 22

The first swim meet is Wednesday, June 4 — so please have your swimmers come to all practices if at all possible!

2025 Swim Team Schedule

Regular Practice Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Mondays: Mankiller Monday – wear shoes for dryland training
Thursdays: 10am – Swim and Dive Team Fun Day

Practice Times:
8:00-9:00 – 13+
9:00-10:00 – 9+
10:00-10:55 – 8u

STROKE AND TURN:
Stroke and Turn is a free, extra practice session for swimmers of all ages, taking place on Tuesday and Sunday evenings.

Tuesdays:
5:00-5:30 – 8u
5:30-6:00 – 9+

Sundays:
6:00-6:30 – 8u
6:30-7:00 – 9+

SWIM MEETS: Wednesday Night Schedule (meets start at either 6:00 or 6:30 PM; home team warms up first at 5:00 or 5:30 PM)
